For delivery within The Netherlands we charge €6.95, to Belgium we charge €8.95 to Belgium. For shipment of retailers orders we charge €9.95.
Of course you want to receive your order as soon as possible, Kleine Giraf works hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We strive to have completed processing your order within 1-2 working days and handover your order to the courier. If a product is not in stock we will inform you. Subsequent delivery may take place or we will offer options for replacement. Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. We will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail.
After your order has been shipped tracking information will be sent to you automatically by email, allowing you to track your order online.
If you are not present at the time or day of delivery of your shipment, your order will usually be offered again the next two working days, depending on the carrier.
In the exceptional case that you are received an item that does not meet the requirements, please contact us via info@kleinegiraf.nl. Kleine Giraf reserves the right to replace the item with a new copy or to refund the amount paid.
